ATTENTION MEDICARE PART B RECEIPENTS – BOLO! Be On Lookout:

Members who pay a monthly fee for Medicare Part B, and who are enrolled in a participating FEHBP who offers a reimbursement for a portion of Medicare Part B premiums, please be on the lookout for your annual statement from the Social Security Administration reporting the new benefit amount of your 2022 Social Security benefits, along with the amount to be deducted for Medicare Part B Insurance. Many have already received the statement; others should receive it any day now. This is the documentation you will need to file for Medicare Part B reimbursement. Several insurance providers under the FEHBP umbrella reimburse a portion of premium withheld from SS Check. During this Open Season, take time to compare insurance plans and select the one that best suits your needs.
